Position Summary:

The position is primarily responsible for supporting the product development, marketing, and sales project coordination, as well as day to day office administration.
Duties:Essential Functions/Major Responsibilities:

Product Development
-Item setup in PeopleSoft for each product launch.
-Organize digital reference library.
-Maintain and update all the lists for each product launch (line list, photo sample list, sample list).
-Research reference and artwork material from Licensor’s creative resources for preparation for product briefs.
-Coordinate Burbank office samples (receiving, shipping, and inventory).
-Assist in getting Licensor’s product approval.

- Product launch set up, including product setup in PeopleSoft, proof read catalogs and powerpoint presentation.
-Maintain assortment boards in office.
-Format images as needed.
-Participate in product brainstorm meetings.
-Assist marketing with market research.

-Generate customized Item Set Up Grids for key customers.
-Pull needed assets for key customers (images, editorial, product safety report, etc.)
-Review customer purchase orders for availability and accuracy.
-Run, prepare, format reports.

General Office Duties
-Assist with day to day office administration.
Qualifications:Experience, Competencies, and Education:

-Bachelors degree; recent college graduate preferred.
-Energetic, willing to learn.
-Strong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to focus on multiple tasks within a team environment.
-Strong knowledge of MS Office Suite, especially Excel, PowerPoint necessary.
-PhotoShop skills desirable (general Creative Suite software).
-Social media skills desirable.
-Well organized and ability to assist others with organization.
-Ability to learn PeopleSoft, Cognos application software via training from staff.
